hello I have two questions to ask
1) you have to restore the cart on the right, when I do add to cart. see Attachment

2) always in this cart screen I would like to add shipping information. How can I do?

3) in the checkout I would like to fill out the shipping data first and then the billing information. How can I do?

1. Please navigate to Theme Setting > Header > Shopping cart widget and configure the cart as per your needs

2. & 3. Cart and checkout are Woocommerce functionality and our theme does not have options to configure.
