Template license is disabled

I bought this template (WoodMart) about a month ago and last night after updating, the license of the template was deactivated and it won’t be activated anymore.

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder
Send us your purchase code as well.

It is not an error and you can disable this popup in Theme Settings -> General -> Promo popup.
