    I just found it,
    but when I try to add any of your templates it constantly load non-stop.

    I tried again. I cleared the cache, I checked both Chrome & Firefox.
    Same problem, constantly loading.

    Well, I am actually trying to add the “advanced footer” in my website. So it should be added into an HTML Block to link it in the woodmart admin.

    Are you able to reproduce the problem on your side?
    Because it’s really blocking me in my work

    It’s helping me in the meantime but it’s not solving my problem…
    I can’t work! Please investigate what’s going wrong, I showed you that I’ve disactivated all external plugins and still I can’t add templates.
    I need to work on it, I need a solution

    I am confused I can hardly help if I do not catch the problem. As I told you I add easily a template to page/html block. Perhaps try another browser or device. It works well.

    Just INVESTIGATE ! If you are not able to find a solution, then escalate it to your developers! It is not the first time that you’re just rejecting my tickets which are clearly showing bugs in your theme, and you are not testing properly.

    Accept the idea that users can have bugs, and it’s not because you can’t replicated after trying just 1 time that you should simply stop testing further and not care.

    People are blocked from this kind of bugs. In my case, I just CANNOT WORK! I can’t work like this at all/ I can’t add any of the woodmaart template. Now I need a clear and definitive solution for this please

    Hi,

    Please, create a new page and write us a list of templates you need. We will import all of them for you and you will be able to use them on other pages.
    We checked the issue on 4 PC and 2 notebooks, on both Windows and Mac OS, using all browsers including Chrome, Opera, Safari, FireFox, IE and Edge. We really don’t know why it doesn’t work for you.

    Hi,

    I have found a workaround. From now on, I will use the backend View for adding the templates and there it works. I find this a little waste of time, because I’ll have to always switch between frontend and backend.

    So from my side, you can close the point but it doesn’t mean that the problem disappeared. There is a bug somewhere when adding woodmaart templates that makes the page loading non-stop.
