Template totally break – default settings

Hello, have reported this a few times with Xtemos templates.
When you change a template folder name or edit something, Xtemos sees this as a injection or whatever and the template totally breaks. The database gets corrupt and it’s really hard to restore the settings back as the websites are connected with CDN. We lose to much time on this issue. Please investigate the issue as soon as possible.
How can I provide you the logs to investigate where the issue is coming from?
Can someone assist me in this at urgently?

There is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site in the private content so I will check and give you a possible solution.
