Template update – main menu disappears from Home

I have installed a new template update (6.4.2) but the main menu is not displayed on the home page. I have also tried changing the php version from 7.4 to 8.0.

I can see the main menu in Chrome, but Safari and FireFox do not display it.

Try to disable Mobile DOM optimization (experimental) option in Theme Settings -> Performance. Then clear the cache and check how it works.

Cleared the cache on Chrome as well and can no longer see the menu, either by enabling or disabling the button you mentioned.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
