Templates Won't Add

Hi
I am have been trying to us the template feature on my site. I open the bakery backend editor and press the templates button. I choose the one I want and click to add it. However it just shows a loading symbol and never loads. Can’t add any templates to my pages. What can I do?

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin and FTP access so we can check it?
