I have checked the issue on the default Storefront theme and the same issue persists there. Here is a video – https://dropmefiles.com.ua/en/z7BAW5GmP , so this is not something related to the theme itself.
In general, the issue in the 3rd party plugins, in this one – https://prnt.sc/yIUANt_Zx4o8, it has some conflicts with Elementor.
Again, it’s not a theme issue as on the default theme, the same issue persists. If you want to use that plugin, contact their support for further solutions.
