Woocommerce started to request a “terms and conditions” approval from my customers, probably for GDPR compliance.
However, there are different regulations in my country (Turkey), which I fully satisfy via a distance sales contract plugin on the checkout page. Therefore I don’t need any additional approvals to adhere to the local regulations.
Is there a way to disable / remove the terms and conditions feature?
It doesn’t really help although I did that. Also although I haven’t specified any ‘terms and conditions’ page, the payment form still requires the customer to approve terms and conditions (even when there is no check box to do that).
I already deleted the page from there. I still cannot proceed to payment from the checkout form as I receive a warning that terms and conditions should be approved although there is no checkbox to approve.
