Terms and conditions at Check out page

Hi, team

Clicking ‘terms and conditions’ link at check out page should open a new page.
However, when clicking it, it shows the pop-up with a scroll showing some weird codes at the beginning.
How can we make it open in a new page.

Please Navigate to WooCommerce >> Settings >> Advanced and set the Terms and Conditions page and check the issue.

The page is already set up for Terms and conditions.
What I was asking is when clicking the link, the page of terms and conditions should open on a new window, not inline.

Woocommerce functional pages do not support any builders, please create and edit the Terms and Conditions page in the default WordPress without any builders and check the issue.

If the issue remains, share your Site WP-ADMIN Login details in the Private Content field so that we can check and import the section on your site.
