We need to set up our Payment Provider, but they have a requirement that the user MUST be able to “Accept Terms & Conditions Box” on the Checkout Page before placing an order.
However, when going to our checkout layout form – it doesn’t show up. We have gone into Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced tab > and then choosen the Page for the Terms & Conditions. However, it still doesn’t show up.
We also have tried to go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Checkout , then on the Terms and Conditions page field, 1. The Page is connected and then selected the page where our Terms and Conditions are. This didn’t enable the checkbox too.
We have code snippets installed (with plugin “Fluent Snippets”) as the site is right now in a “Request A Quote Mode” – but there is nothing in there that should cause any issues with that specific button. I will attach the code in private content. I have also attached screenshots of what we have done to resolve it ourself.
Again, we would like the box to show up. Hope you’re able to help us out.
