Terms & Conditions checkout info not visible.

Hello,
I find some problem with checkout page. When the client doesn’t accept Terms & Conditions, the info “You must accept our Terms & Conditions.” is not visible. The page is scrolled to the top of the billing details but the warning is just under the sticky menu. Is there an option to display this info on the bottom of the page or make bigger scroll?
I have also checked your demo page and the problem is the same.

yes on chrome and opera it works fine but not on firefox.

This is the way WooCommerce work on firefox. If you switch to any default theme you would see the same. Our theme does not influence that.
