Testimonial display issue

Hi,

I wanted to add a testimonial on my product page and i chose your template https://woodmart.xtemos.com/blog/woodmart_element/testimonials-2-columns/ but when i preview my page, it looks very different. I have tried with other testimonial templates and the outcome is the same. Please check the image attached.

Please Edit the page where you wanted to add the testimonials and add the following Wp-Bakery Code inside it.

Then check back. If the issue still occurs then provide the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

I have logged into your website and checked that you are using old versions of the Woodmart Core and Wp-Bakery plugin.

Please update the Woodmart Core and Wp-Bakery Page builder to the latest versions then check back.

how can i update those plugins, there is no option to click and update?

You can Update the Plugins from Appearance >> Install Plugins.
