khongypParticipantHi, on the Text Block element we can toggle between Visual and Text. But whenever i switch to Text mode and after i save changes and click on the Update button, when i go back to the text editor again, the Text mode is blank, only the Visual is showing the texts (refer to screenshot).

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and switch to the parent theme so we can check it?

khongypParticipantHi, it is a brand new test site and there is no other external plugin installed. It works ok in twenty-seventy theme.

1) The problem happens if your click on the Text tab (but you DO NOT switch back to Visual tab, so your last tab is Text tab) and then you click on Save Changesand the Update button. After that when you go back to that text editor, the Text tab will show blank. (refer to the first link in the private content. I have already set the last tab to Text mode. When you go in you will see blank)
2) It happens also on other elements that contain text editor, such as promo banner. If you have more than one elements that contain text editor in one page, only the first one you open will have problem, the rest are ok. And after that all will back to normal, including the first one. (refer to the second link in the private content. I have already set the last tab to Text mode for all the elements. When you go in ONLYthe first one you click open you will see blank)
3) To recreate the problem, you just need to switch to Text mode – Save Changes – Updates.

khongypParticipantFrom the video you show me, when you click on the Text mode, it is blank. Check your video properly.
Let me emphasized again, to reproduce the problem switch to Text mode – Save Changes – Updates – Go back and open the text editor in Text mode.
IT IS BLANK ONLY IN TEXT MODE not visual mode, which i already mentioned in my first post.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not? It seems to be a bug in the latest version of the WPBakery page builder plugin.

khongypParticipantIn twenty seventeeth, both text and visual mode contain texts (refer to attached video). You can also check for yourself as you already have the login details.

Yes we are having some problem with the ftp account right now. Are you able to fix it on your end and provide the fix in your next update. I am sure everyone is having the same problem. Mine shouldn’t be just an isolated case as it is a brand new test site with no other plugins installed.

Artem TemosKeymasterWe tested it on all our websites and it works correctly. And other customers don’t have such problems too.
