    Hello,

after the latest Woodmart theme update, I noticed an issue with the Text Editor widget in Elementor.

When enabling the Columns option (e.g. 2 columns), the text is not displayed correctly on the frontend, while it was working properly before the update.
The issue can be seen in the attached screenshot.

I have already cleared caches and confirmed that no custom CSS is applied, but the problem persists.

Could you please confirm if this is a known bug or if there is a workaround available?

    Thank you,

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP login details, so I can check and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards,

    Hello,

    Thank you for your reply.

I tested the issue as requested by deactivating all 3rd-party plugins and keeping only the theme-required plugins enabled (Woodmart + Elementor). The problem still persists.

Additionally, I made another test: when I switch the theme to a default WordPress theme (e.g. Twenty Twenty-Four) while keeping Elementor active, the Text Editor “Columns” option works correctly and the text is displayed properly on the frontend.

So it seems the issue is related to Woodmart (or its integration with Elementor) after the latest update.

Could you please confirm if this is a known compatibility issue/bug and advise a workaround or fix?
If needed, I can share WP admin login details for you to inspect the issue directly.

    Best regards,
    Mirko

    Hello,

I’ve checked this behavior on our test site using the latest WoodMart version with Elementor, and the Text Editor > Columns option is working correctly on the frontend. At the moment, we’re not able to reproduce the issue on our side.

Please share your Site WP-ADMIN Login details in the Private Content field so that we can check this concern on your Site and help you out accordingly.

    Best Regards,
