Text in the header top bar

Hi there,

Is there a possibility to have the “Text in the header top bar” as an sticky header for mobile phones?
And the “Text in the header top bar” could be different for computers and mobile phones all together?
It would be nice if there was a sticky header possibility for both of those. 🙂
