text links style setting

Can you tell me how to set:

“text links appear underlined before clicking, or display other colors”

Pls see my information, I have two text link in the page, and I would like to know how to edit the style of the text link…
For example: show another color of blue before mouse close, let viewers know there has a link…
Anway, this requirement is not important, if it’s a hassle to set up, then let’s forget it…

Go to Layouts > edit Single Product Layouts > edit section title > in the section title you can customize it in the page builder from the style tab of the page builder.
