Text not clear and small when website is translated to Arabic using WPML

Dear Support,

I am using WPML for translation (English <=> Arabic) and I noticed that when I switch to arabic the font shows very small meanwhile English is ok. I wanted to ask if there is a way to adjust font size and style based on the language.

I managed to customize the font style and size using preset (IsRtl).
