Text special characters no longer work on tablet or smartphone

Hello dear Xtemos team.
Recently I have the following problem:
On the desktop computer, all text is displayed perfectly and all special characters (for example ® / “”) or typical German punctuation marks (Ö / Ä / Ü / ß) are displayed correctly.
On the smartphone or tablet this no longer works – see screenshots.
What is the reason for this and how can I restore the correct textmode?

I checked your site on Android and iOS devices. Everything works well on Android devices

But on the iOS devices, I saw the same problem about which you wrote.
Probably, this is a problem with the custom font “Bozon”, unfortunately, our theme doesn’t affect this so try to add another font.
