Text Swatches not Working for WooCommerce Variable Subscription Products

Text swatch options are not working for WooCommerce Variable Subscription based products variations. It only works in Normal variation product.

Can you guys fix this issue ?

I am giving you credentials to my website where you are free to run any tests you want and fix the problem for text swatches.

All my products have variations (Monthly & Every 3 Month). You can login into my staging website and check for yourself. Right now i am dependent on a plugin called “Variation Swatches for WooCommerce by CartFlows” with the help of this plugin i was able to convert your dropdown swatches into Buttons.

I would like to mention that your Text based swatches work on Normal Variable products but not on Variable Subscription based products. So please check this issue.

I have another issue in your theme, and to test that please use these logins instead of the previous ones. I have an active subscription in this account for a product called “Tirzepatide” https://bold-jemison.82-165-208-241.plesk.page/product/tirzepatide/

When you login using these credentials go to above product and try to swtich to a different tenure & you will get an error that subscription cannot be switched.

When i revert back to a different theme like “hello elementor” or any other theme it is working but not with your theme. Can you please check what could be the issue? And once you fix both issues please kindly tell me what files and what code you added or changed in what file so i can copy that in my live website.

hey i was able to fix the update subscription issue by turning off ajax add to cart option from your theme settings.

The Product Swatches functionality is a feature that is part of the WoodMart theme and is intended solely for use with the “variable product” type (https://monosnap.com/file/igM93hfgNxziQ11QJmCp3XR8I99HuS ). This feature is not designed to work with other product types that may be added by third-party plugins, and adapting it to unknown custom product types is unfortunately not technically feasible.

If you are using the WoodMart theme with a third-party plugin that adds a new product type and utilizes product attributes in its operation, you need to disable Product Swatches for those attributes by clearing the fields in the Swatch group under attribute settings (https://monosnap.com/file/m1AlbeiecMNndWJoitRPm0WO4VVpCs ). This will switch the variation display to a standard Select dropdown with options (https://monosnap.com/file/xIsfimINnuAIycdUqf2sKBfkAVuYel ), just as it appears in default WordPress or WooCommerce themes like Storefront, which your plugin is likely designed to support.
