Texting an image

As in the attached image, I would like to set the letters on the product introduction page so that all the letters can be dragged.
Please tell me how to set the background and text on the product page.

WoodMart theme does not have the option to control that, unfortunately. You need to find a third party plugin to achieve more functionality that best suits you.
