Before the select options bit where the arrow was.
This was just a picture of a cart button but seems to have changed on its own to this select options.

It depends on a screen size. For smaller devices button can’t fit nicely and is replaced with the icon.

on the feature page it does the select option but on the shop page it doesn’t it just has the basket.
on desk top
It may be possible because of different size of products block on the shop page and on the feature page. It depends on the width of the product itself.
