Thank you message not displaying

Hello team,

We are experiencing a weird behavior of the CF7 plugin, on the products pages:

If you click on “Request Custom Made”, fill in the fields, and send the message, there is no “Your message has been sent” message displayed. But if you click AGAIN on the “Request Custom Made” button, then and only then, the message appears.

How can we make it appear the first time?

We have made something similar here on a different website:

(the button is “Solicita Oferta”, the red one) – but I think this one had replaced the “Add to Cart Button”.

However, our client from the furniture website wants BOTH buttons (both Add to Cart functionality and also the Request Custom Made functionality) and we’re trying to figure out how to successfully display the thank you message when the form is submitted. Would be nice to have this sort of feedback for the users, right?

Yes, indeed, we have somehow managed to replace the CF in the meantime and it does work now. Sorry for not letting you know so you wouldn’t have had to go and check 🙂

We were wondering where the test email came from 🙂
