developer.actionsParticipantAfter I complete a purchase in checkout, I get redirected to a 404 page (url: /order-received/23675/?key=wc_order_Hqw71PO7o2oto).
In Theme Settings > Shop > Thank you page, I have Extra content for “Thank you page” set to “text” and Default “Thank you page” content set to on.
I also deactivated all 3rd party plugins but the problem remains.
Thank you

Thank you so much for contacting our support center.
To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.
Regards

developer.actionsParticipantHello
I have tested the functionality with Twenty Twenty-Four and it works perfectly.June 20, 2024 at 9:31 am #574017Can we switch between themes on your website and test it? Also, the password you provided seems to be wrong and we can’t access your dashboard.

developer.actionsParticipantHello again. Of course you can temporarily switch between themes. I am providing again the correct credentials.
June 24, 2024 at 1:39 pm #574927We just tested this with a default theme and see the same problem. So this issue is not related to our theme https://gyazo.com/04aba83f34257a9497c4f0cc0a0c6a00

developer.actionsParticipantActually, if you deactivate the Elementor plugin, it works just fine…

Thank you for providing the additional information. Based on our investigation, it seems the issue is not caused by the WoodMart theme. Since the problem is resolved when the Elementor plugin is deactivated, it is likely related to something in the Elementor configuration.
I recommend contacting Elementor support for further assistance to resolve this issue. They should be able to help you identify and fix the configuration causing the redirect to a 404 page after checkout.
Best regards
