Thank you page “404 error”

keypaper.bizParticipantI created a thank you page using HTML Blocks.
Then, I went to “Thank you page” in Theme settings, clicked the “HTML Block” button,
and inserted the Thank you page created below.However, after actually making a payment, a 404 page is popping up.
How can i solve it?

On your Site, can you please once make sure your WoodMart theme and Core plugin is updated to the latest version and then check back the issue again on your Site. If it is not updated then you can update the Theme and Core following the Documentation Guide:
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/If the issue still persists after updating the Theme and Core plugin, then could you please once try deactivating all the third party Plugins on your Site, remaining the Theme required ones activated? If the issue gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the issue.
If somehow the issue still persists, then please take complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the WP-ADMIN Login details of your Site in the Private Content field along with the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.

Themes and plugins are already updated to the latest version.As a result of testing, the above problem occurs when Elementor Pro is activated.
I seem to be getting URL errors for HTML BLOCKS created with Elementor Pro.
Tested it now, the links are moved correctly until ‘order-received’.
But the specified html block is not loaded.I have to use Elementor Pro, so please help me to solve the problem.

After deactivating elementor pro the issue is solved. It means that it is not our theme issue.
You need to contact plugin support in this regard they will guide you better.Best Regards.

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the wp logins details so i will check and give you a possible solution.

After I had done all the standard steps to find the problem, I discovered that some of my woocommerc pages were put on draft for some odd reason.Kind regards
