dennispol90ParticipantHello,
We are building a webshop on https://julian.energizedshops.nl. When we make a test order, we should end up on a thank you page with an overview of the order + download of the product, but we end up on a 404 error page. The standard thank you page also does not seem to work. We have tried everything but can’t figure it out. Can you please help us with this?
If needed I can make a admin login for you.
Thank you in advance and have a nice day!
Kind regards,
Dennis

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can check the settings there?
Looking forward to collaborating with you!
Kind Regards

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Sorry for the delay.
May I disable 3rd party plugins and enable the default/parent theme for testing?
Kind Regards

dennispol90ParticipantYes of course, that’s no problem! Try everything that you will do.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
The Checkout page should be show via shortcode, in your case, you have defiend the Shortcode via Gutenberg and then edited via Elementor. I enabled back the Gutenberg for the Checkout page with its shortcode and now it seems to work well – https://prnt.sc/dE1y1tTV2k4Q
Check how it works and let me know.
Kind Regards

dennispol90ParticipantHi Luke,
On the live site (https://pixpresets.com), we’re running into the same error. I’ve tried to switch from Gutenberg to Elementor and then back to Gutenberg but is doesn’t help. We’re stuck again on the Thank You page and getting the error message in the attachment. Any idea? If needed you can use the same access to the dashboard area.
Thanks in advance!
Dennis

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
There seems to be a different issue here. It’s most likely caused by the Elementor Pro plugin. Could you please test how it functions with the default WordPress theme?
Thanks
