Thank you page

Hi,

Since the last theme update (5.2.0 I think) after placing an order the client is no more redirected to the thankyou page but to the my-account page instead. Do you know where this problem could come from and how to correct it ?

It seems you have set My account page as the custom Thank you page in the Theme Settings > Shop > Thank you page. Please check and change.

But in Theme Settings > Shop > Thank you page I can’t change the Thank You page. I just can add additional content (that I’ve left empty) and switch on/off the default Thank You page content (I’ve left it “ON”).

It seems you have messed the Woocommerce pages.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

if the problem remains, even after the plugins deactivated leave the plugins to deactivated for us to check and provide your site admin access to the private area.

If you cannot keep the site without the plugins confirm the permit for us to deactivate for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.
