Thank you page, abandoned cart and others…

    Thank you page redirect not working.

    Abandoned carts not working.

    I haven’t been able to use these features for months. Total waste of money.

    01. Navigate to Theme Setting > Shop > Thank you page -> make sure the Default “Thank you page” content option is enabled: https://prnt.sc/7cZorFEbkLeb

    Additionally, you need to make sure that the checkout page is not modified with Elementor (https://monosnap.com/file/2DESsZVf1uzVCwJaiqGLAdQsRTE6vB – it shouldn’t state Elementor there).

    02. Navigate to Theme Settings -> Shop -> Abandoned Cart.

    Make sure “Enable cart recovery” is turned on.

    Check that “Cart Timeout” is set and “Cart cleanup” has a reasonable value.

    Check WooCommerce -> Settings -> Emails -> Abandoned cart email is enabled and properly configured.

    Make sure your mail function or SMTP plugin is sending emails correctly.

    Additionally, Ensure you are running the latest version of the WoodMart core plugin.

    Hello, the issue hasn’t been resolved. The abandoned cart feature still isn’t working properly. Upon completing the purchase, it doesn’t direct you to the thank you page. As if that weren’t enough, the site’s language has been changed without my consent, thus hindering interaction with users visiting it, who are located in Spain, by changing it to English without prior notice. I find what they’ve done to be a complete lack of professionalism and common sense, making it even worse.

    When I complete the order, it takes me to the empty cart.

    I attempted to place an order, abandoned the cart, and the order went to draft without entering the abandoned cart after 1 hour.

    Hello,

    Yes, we can see the issue with the Thank You page, and it is related to third-party plugins. We have tested this by temporarily disabling third-party plugins on your site, and the problem disappeared. Here is a video showing this (https://monosnap.com/file/n8Kgxp7xMq51m739R0ged8SU8k9kvD).

    At the moment, the Abandoned Carts feature is not compatible with the new Checkout block. To ensure it works correctly, you’ll need to replace the block with the default Checkout shortcode.
    To do this:

    • Go to Pages → All Pages in your WordPress dashboard.
    • Find the page that is currently set as your Checkout page and edit it.

    Remove the Checkout block and insert the WooCommerce Checkout shortcode instead:

    [woocommerce_checkout]

    Update the page to save the changes.

    This will switch your checkout to the shortcode-based version, which fully supports Abandoned Carts.

    For now, it’s technically not possible to use Abandoned Carts together with the Checkout block. The limitation only affects guest (non-registered) users — carts of logged-in customers are still tracked as expected.

    We understand how important this feature is and are exploring options to make the new Checkout block compatible with Abandoned Carts in future updates.
