thank you page customization

Hello,
i need to customize the thank you page.
I tried to add a html block on settings-shop-thank you page (with elementor “purchase summary element”) . But it does not work. After a purchase it appears a critical error. And if i try to edit the html block from the settings-shop-thank you page it says something like: no valid data, the template id can not be the same as the template which is being editing.
How can i customize the thank you page after a purchase?

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor
