Thank You page error

While in wordpress, after checkout, its showing thank you page but in other browser when i click checkout button, its showing your cart is empty but still order places. what the issue? please guide me how to solve this issue.

Yes, I have install storefornt by staging site and same issue exists there. can you guide me what to do?
