Thank You Page is not translated

    Hi!
    We are using a child theme and the woodmart translation with LOCO to German language. Almost all parts got successfully translated. However, the thank you message: “Thank you. Your order has been received.” still is in English although in LOCO it is translated to German language.

    Where do we need to change it?

    Please edit the translation file and click the SYNC button first to find the string and translate.

    If the issue still occurs then provide the login details of the website.

    Could you please check how it works with the default WordPress theme because the order page is woocommerce functionality and string is coming from woocommerce our theme doesn’t influence?

    Hi Awan,
    it was neither the woodmart nor the default theme. It is the payment gateway plugin which interfere and has the non-German translations.
