    Hi there
I have a problem where my thank you page does not display a summary of the order. All that appears is the shopping cart or checkout again. However, it only displays titles, not the fields that need to be filled in. I have already tried a few things, but have not been able to find a solution yet.

    Hello,

There is a page after checkout—this is called the “Thank You” page in WooCommerce. It’s shown automatically after a successful purchase.

Navigate to Theme Settings > Shop > ThankYou page > disable or enable the option Default thank you page. https://ibb.co/gWXxW4T

If the issue remains, could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?

    Best Regards,

I’ve already tried that. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. I’ve also experimented with the thank you page and the URL, but unfortunately without success.
I would try that, but since my shop is already active, I’m not sure if changing the theme could mess up all the settings and the page itself.

Assuming it is due to the theme, are there any suggestions that are not too complicated?

I have now tried this out. The thank you page worked with the standard TwentyTwenty theme.
So it must be the Woodmart theme.

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP login details, so I can check and give you a possible solution.

It was solely because of the Elementor Pro plug-in.
I hope that in the future it will be possible to use both at the same time.

Thank you very much for your efforts.

    Hello,

You need to make sure that the checkout page is not modified with Elementor – it shouldn’t state Elementor there.

    Hope this Helps!

    Best Regards,
