The anchor link on a page with sticky header

Hello, Thank you for all your responses.
Now I have a simple problem with an anchor link, and position after click in. I link to the ID exc #title1 Title 1. After click it should open the site on the anchor ID place, but it doesn’t consider the sticky header. So in result the sticky header cover the title. I can’t add a margin to the section, because it these is in precision blocks. Please see the JPG. Thank you.

It seems you have edited the menu, when I try to click the menu item, I get to a separate page.
Please clarify the issue.

Hello, Yes, it is. The link opens a new page with an anhor. Ex. /page#anhor1. The problem is that the title of section, where an anchor leads is cover by the sticky header. PLeas see the previuos image. Best regards

Please add an emtry row before the target and assign the ID to this row and check.
