    Hi,
    I’m trying to update the theme to the last version but I got this message: “The API server can’t be reached. Please, contact your hosting provider to check the connectivity with our xtemos.com server. If you need further help, please, contact our support center too.”

    In the previous days I built a staging site and I had no problem during the theme update. Today, on the live site – now in maintenance mode – I can’t do it…
    Please can you help me?

    We are sorry for the inconvenience. There was a technical problem with our API server. You should be able to access our API server now. Please, check from your side.

    Hi, sorry, I solved the issue simply deactivating the child theme and activating the main theme.
