    Hi, I’m in sandbox trying to install woodmart theme, but I get this error: The API server can’t be reached. Please, contact your hosting provider to check the connectivity with our xtemos.com server. If you need further help, please, contact our support center too.
    What should I do? My hosting is Site Ground. Thanks.

    Hello,

    Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

    Usually, theme installation does not cause any problems, please contact the host support and show them these requirements: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/requirements-wordpress-set/

    Most likely there are server configurations blocking the theme installation.

    If they give any instructions please send them us in the Private Block below the message area.
