    Could you please write us your server IP address? Also, send us your admin access so we can troubleshoot the problem.

    Hello,

    Your server IP is not banned on our end. But as we can see, your server blocks ongoing connection to our server. You need to consult with your server’s provider for help. Our API address is 144.76.45.104.

    After asking the virtual host manufacturer, the reply was that port 80 and 443 are unlimited. The virtual host company wants to confirm what our theme service port is?

    Our API server use 80 and 443 ports too. And we don’t have any blocks on our end for your IP.

    The following is the response from the virtual host manufacturer:

    Thank you for confirming with the manufacturer. I will ask the technical staff to confirm that our host does not have files, but I will ask the staff to confirm with the computer room.
    It was confirmed that the manufacturer’s IP was maliciously connected, and the entire network segment was blocked by the computer room, so the connection could not be made.
    Since we know that you are using it to install a theme, we first apply to the computer room for a short unlock. Now the installation authorization has been completed. The screen I see is as follows :
    But let me explain to you, since the computer room will check the connection part from time to time, we are applying for a short-term opening this time, which does not mean that this IP will be used normally in the future.
    If the manufacturer’s IP network segment continues to be used as an IP for malicious connections , the computer room will continue to block it. If you have any problems with subsequent operations, it is recommended that the manufacturer resolve their IP usage issues first. Thank you.”

    I would like to ask if this obstacle can be eliminated in the future?
    Will I encounter errors if I don’t remove this obstacle?
