The API server can’t be reached

Problem using the Woodmart Theme license
Hi, I’m having trouble entering the woodmart theme license. When entering the license is informed: “The API server can’t be reached. Please, contact your hosting Provider to check the Connectivity with our xtemos.com server. If you need further help, Please, contact our support center Too.”
The license has never been used before, I installed it for the first time, my host server is Turbocloud.

Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
– WoodMart core
– WooCommerce
– Elementor/WPBakery Page Builder
