    1) I am trying to add the purchase code, but I received this error: “The API server can’t be reached. Please contact your hosting provider to check the connectivity with our xtemos.com server. If you need further help, please contact our support center too.”

    2) I connected the Instagram API, and it was working until today. Now, I get this error: “cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: graph.facebook.com.”

    If neither our API nor the Facebook API can be reached, it appears to be a server connectivity issue. Please contact your hosting provider to check the connectivity with our xtemos.com server and the Facebook server.
