I saw the screenshot you attached. You cannot hide the buttons temporarily using wp-bakery page builder.
You need to disable the complete row from edit page >> Row settings.

Or you can assign each button an extra class and add the following custom css in the Global Custom CSS area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

The class I have targeted is an example for you. You can set the class name as you want.
