1. Your site carousel styles were overwritten by the plugin called “woocommerce advanced gift”(https://prnt.sc/pw972t). Try to disable it and check again.
2. Try to switch to a default WordPress theme and check how your dashboard sign looks with it.
3. The private content area is located below the topic reply field (http://prntscr.com/pw9aw6). All its content will be visible only for the support team.
