The Billing details element’s selects do not display the drop-down menu values

For e-commerce in Italy, we are required to report daily revenue from the sale of products listed on the site. To automate this, I installed a dedicated plugin (FatturaPRO.click) that automatically performs this function. The problem, however, is that the additional fields for collecting billing data within the “Billing details” element are not displayed (see checkout at https://synergin.it/pagamento/), and I believe it is a JavaScript issue.
However, if I manage the same data with the native WooCommerce element (Checkout), the selects and field selections work correctly (see the example page at https://synergin.it/checkout-fatturapro/).

Could you please help me resolve this issue, as otherwise I cannot publish the e-commerce site without the correct billing options.

We’ve investigated this issue on your website and can confirm that it doesn’t work with the custom layout. The fields exist in the source code, but the JavaScript function that displays them relies on the default WooCommerce structure and can’t locate them to display. This is not a bug of the theme but a limitation of the plugin. You should consult with the plugin’s developers for assistance with this matter.
