The cart panel isnt loading correctly

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

Your card widget is affected by the “Element Pack” plugin, therefore you can disable their style of the cart widget through the settings of the plugin.

As a reminder, the admin access that you have provided is incorrect.

When you do some changes with the cart widget you should remove the old product from the card and add a new one to check if there is still a problem.

Thanks, its working now, we have another issue with the icons, please see the attached image, at the home page tehay are loading correctly but in the others pages isnt loading

Could you please check how it works with the default WordPress theme? Because the “Orders” is WooCommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.

With other theme works, when activate your thems stops to show, your theme are a little buggie please fix this and the icons bug, see the attached image

Please, check how it works on the parent theme because your child theme has a third-party code that can influent the “Orders” functionality.

As for the icons, you need to enable the “Always use” value for the “Font Awesome library” option that is in Theme Settings -> Performance -> Fonts & Icons.
