    Dear,

When I changed my shipping destination to a shipping area where need adding an extra shipping fee from my Cart page, then I click “Check” and switch to the Check Out page, I find the Check Out page does not sync with the Cart page, where the extra shipping fee part did not show correctly.

    Hello,

Sorry to hear about the inconvenience.

Could you please once try deactivating all the third party Plugins on your Site remaining the Theme required ones activated. If the issue gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the issue. Also, please activate the Parent theme too on your Site and then check back the issue again.

If somehow issue still persists, then please take complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the WP-ADMIN Login details in the Private Content field along with the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.

    Best Regards

    Hi,

Yes, when I deactivate all the third-party plugins except the Woodmart theme commended ones, this sync problem disappears, but I find another extra shipping payment bug.

Usually, when people click the “Cart” icon from the top side of the page, they can open the “Cart sidebar” to go to the “Cart page” where they can change their shipping destination to show an extra shipping fee which has been defined by the Shop owner set from Woocommerce “Shipping Area”.

But when people directly click the “Check Button” from the “Single Product Page “or click the “Check Button” from the “Cart sidebar” for checking out this product, then People can not change their shipping destination from the “Check Out Page” to add an extra shipping fee to this payment amount for checking out, this will cause this order payment does not equal to it should be, finally, people have done this product payment but this order might be denied by the Shop owner.

So on the “Check Out Page” there should provide an area like the “Cart Page” for people can change their shipping destination and show an extra shipping fee which had been defined from the backend. And what if people have done this “changing shipping destination” step from the “Cart page”, the value of this extra shipping fee also should be synced with the “Cart page”.

Please see the pictures which will clarify this payment bug.

    Hello,

Did you please once make sure that you have added the Shipping Details element under your Custom Checkout layout: https://snipboard.io/xrW9u7.jpg?

If you are still facing issue after that then please once check this concern with the default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty Three or Storefront activated on your Site and then mention us to clear out the concern further if it is specifically at the WoodMart theme or not.

    Best Regards

    Hi,

We take your advice to add the “Shipping Details element” to the Checkout Page.
Since the “Adding to Cart” / “Buy Now” is a different route provided by Woocommerce default flow, in order to prevent overseas users from skipping the Cart page to check their extra shipping fee and directly go
to the Check Out Page to complete their payment, finally, we add some overseas users’ Notices on those pages to keep the wrong payment not happened.

When we have done these and tested them in different browsers, we find in the Safari browser that the Single Page “Buy Now” button not working, if we click the “Buy Now” button then it will lead to the Cart Page but not Check Out Page (this situation not happened in Firefox and Chrome browsers), is that a bug? How to fix this Safari browser bug?

    Hello,

We have checked your mentioned concern on real time iOS simulator with Safari browser in Desktop as well as Mobile view, the BUY NOW button on your Site was redirecting to the Checkout page fine: https://snipboard.io/OfY8WB.jpg

So, there doesn’t seem to be an issue appearing on Safari Browser as far as we are seeing.

    Best Regards

    Dear Supporter,

We did test again by Safari from the iOS desktop and mobile platform, we find in mobile is OK, but in the desktop is still to get into the Cart page but not the Check Out page, it’s really strange, we take a video please check this link again!

This happened not only on this product, we test all the products from our pre-built Theme Accessory , we find this problem only happens in Safari’s browser.

    Hi,

It’s really weird that I test it from my mac with Safari and the “Buy Now” button still leads to the Cart Page!
It’s totally not the same as your testing.

    Hello,

Could you also test on Safari on the mobile phone? It actually doesn’t depend on the browser. Maybe you have some cache on your machine.

    Kind Regards
