I cannot edit my footer. I did in the past. Switching to parent theme does not remove the issue.

Are you aware that you left our site live with all the plugins deactivated? Thats completely unacceptable. Once you knew you needed the FTP details you should have immediately reactivated our plugins until we got back to you. Completely inconsiderate and negligent to just be leaving our live site unattended like that with none of the payment plugins working and sending our traffic away.
I have made SFTP credentials matching your username and pw. I ask you be more considerate and return everything the way it is when troubleshooting.
