The cookie banner and Complianz GDPR cookie consent plugin

Hello,

I am using the WoodMart theme on my WordPress website.
I installed and configured the Complianz GDPR cookie consent plugin. The cookie banner appears correctly inside the Complianz preview, but it does not show on the live website, even in a private/incognito browser window.

I have already checked the following:

* The Complianz consent banner is enabled.
* The banner display option is set to “Show everywhere.”
* “Disable consent banner” is turned off.
* The Complianz wizard has been completed.
* Plugin integrations for Elementor, WooCommerce, and Contact Form 7 are enabled.
* The Complianz Script Center is not blocking anything.
* WoodMart JS performance settings do not appear to be blocking scripts.
* “Respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control” was turned off.
* The banner still does not appear on the live frontend.

Could you please check whether the WoodMart theme or any theme performance setting is preventing the Complianz cookie banner script from loading on the frontend?

Specifically, could you confirm whether the theme is properly loading the required WordPress frontend hooks, especially wp_footer(), and whether any WoodMart optimization setting could prevent Complianz from injecting the banner?

Hello,

Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme and Woocommerce Storefront theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not. Also, please check the site with our theme but only with the theme default plugins activate, and deactivate all the 3rd party plugins from the site.

If it works fine with the default WordPress theme then provide the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
