hi iam facing another issue the cropped banner is how my website banner is visible on the mobile platform but the full banner is how its viewed on pc….

Seems that you have the “Cover” option enabled for the bg image.

Here is an explanation of the cover value:

cover
Scales the image (while preserving its ratio) to the smallest possible size to fill the container (that is: both its height and width completely cover the container), leaving no empty space. If the proportions of the background differ from the element, the image is cropped either vertically or horizontally.

Thus, if the picture is zoomed-in, it is normal and the right work for the cover option because such works CSS.

1. Try to use different images and leave those that suit you.

hi i wanted to know how can i add another section in the products area along with shipping and review blocks

also if i wanted to remove the shipping and delivery part how can i do that i tried setting it to draft instead of published… but it is still being displayed

Please navigate to Theme Settings -> Single product -> Tabs: https://take.ms/41OXH , in such a way you can remove that block and the title and then the tab will gone.
