The dropdown button does not work in incognito.

Hello, I encountered a problem on my site, the dropdown button in the top menu does not work (I attach a screenshot of it), if you open the site in incognito mode (Chrome, Edge).
I also attach access to the site, please tell me what the problem is and if it is possible then solve it yourself, please, I give permission for changes.

This is a custom link. Navigate to Appearance > Menu > Edit main menu > Expand О Компании menu item and add your own url.

For the dropdown mega menu you need to click on the menu item. Expand the О Компании menu item and choose Open on mouse event.
