    Hello,

It looks like your server blocks requests to our server’s IP. Please, contact your hosting provider and ask them to check this from their side. Our server’s IP is 95.216.69.114

    Best Regards.

    Dear Support

Here is the answer from the hosting support

We were able to reproduce the issue, and we reviewed our logs, but we see no records of this IP address; in fact, we don’t see any connection attempts to remote servers. Can you ask the support staff of the theme/plugin to review their server logs for our server’s IP addresses – 37.139.131.186 and 116.251.206.222?

    Hello,

There is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards.

I also have the same error. I applied patch # 609066, too, and I just created a new website without extra plugins.

    Can you help me?

    Hello,

First, you need to clear the cache on your server for the JavaScript files, as it appears from the screenshots that an old file is being used. If this doesn’t help, please provide access to the site, and we will check it.

    Best Regards.
