Hi,
We have found an issue each time we try to esit the homepage. We have the same elementor with other themes and have no problem so we think it cab be a bug from the theme. When we edit the gome, the elementor gets freezed and like loading, then we have to use the browser inspector and delete the following:

<i class=”eicon-loading eicon-animation-spin”>

Hello,

To assist you better, we kindly request that you disable all plugins not directly associated with our theme. Additionally, please provide us with your admin access credentials, so we can log in and diagnose the issue. For the proper functioning of our theme, please ensure the following essential plugins remain activated:

WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Best regards

Hi,

Thanks for restoring access.

We tested the Elementor editor and the requests to load the panel return 503 Service Unavailable. The same behavior occurs with a default theme, so this is not caused by WoodMart. It’s a server-side issue (resource/timeout).

https://gyazo.com/fc00ebc5fafb510945191f54bb939197

Please contact your hosting provider to investigate and resolve the 503 errors and ensure the server limits meet these requirements:
– memory_limit 256M
– post_max_size 64M
– upload_max_filesize 64M
– max_execution_time 180
– max_input_vars 10000
Also make sure PHP 7.4 or higher is used.

While hosting is checking, keep only the required plugins active: WoodMart Core, WooCommerce, and Elementor. After the hosting resolves the 503, update WoodMart and all plugins to the latest versions and let us know so we can re-test.

Kind Regards
