the elementor is not activated

i have a problem with elementor and i need your help. on the site I’ve been working on lately, it was giving me a critical error and it was giving me a message to debug WordPress. yesterday I also had a problem with elementor, when I went to open a page it wouldn’t open and it gave me a notification to activate the safe mode. I turned it on but it still wouldn’t open. I disabled all plugins except elementor but it still wouldn’t open. I also changed the theme but the same. I thought to deactivate the elementor and reactivate it. since then it doesn’t activate and gives me this error:

I tried passing this line of code : define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘1024M’); inside the wp-config.php file but it didn’t work

also i tried deleting it and reinstalling it and it doesn’t delete it at all because of a critical error.
after that I deleted it from the file manager of the server, I reinstalled it from the add-ons of woodmart but it still doesn’t activate. I get the above error.

can you help me with this?

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder

As we can see, all the plugins are still turned on. Please, disable them temporarily.

Thats strange, and probably, you have some problems with some of the installed plugins. You need to resolve this issue first since it is not related to our theme and is not covered by our support.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

yes i checked it, i changed the theme to twenty twenty three but it doesn’t activate again

If it doesn’t work with other themes as well then it is not caused by our theme. Probably, you have some problems with your server configuration. Sorry, but such issues are not covered by our support service.
