The “Forbidden” error when trying to access the WoodMart theme settings

Hi WoodMart Support Team,

I’m encountering an issue with my WoodMart theme. Whenever I try to access or set up something from the theme settings, I see a “Forbidden” page error. I have attached a screenshot of it.

I’m encountering a ‘forbidden’ message whenever I make changes in the WoodMart theme settings and click the save button.

Same is happening to me, if you can solve your problem, then reply my comment please ;(

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

As we can see, this particular request (Theme Settings save) is not allowed by your hosting server. You need to consult with your hosting provider for help on this matter.
